After a miraculous return in November last year, Synästhesie Festival is back as strong as ever with the announcement of Syn 7. Taking place on 18th and 19th November in Prenzlauer Berg’s Kulturbrauerei, a former brewery repurposed into a culture center, the festival is once again boasting a high profile line up. The bill for 2022 features English shoegaze pioneers Slowdive, London-based Canadian artist and Anton Newcombe collaborator Tess Parks and many more – spanning genres of post-punk, rock and electronica.
HITCHER was there last year when the festival again claimed its place in the Berlin music community with a well-curated mix of artists including The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The KVB, Anika, Automatic and more. The festival’s organizers, 8MM Musik, have a solid 20 year history of throwing events in the city and this year’s festival is surely not one to be missed.
