California-based artist and photographer Tim Tadder’s latest collection of portraits titled ‘BLACK IS A COLOR’ may seem basic at first, but the minimalistic approach of pouring a mix of colors over his models’ shaven heads portrays an undeniable sense of intrigue and vulnerability. Tadder explains: “there’s something about the human head, and the bald head, and the brain, and the way that everything is here… our souls are here.”
