Berlin Atonal Unveils First Lineup Announcement For 2023

Known for pushing the envelope and continuously testing the boundaries of the electronic music spectrum, Berlin Atonal Festival has just announced the first wave of artists set to perform its stages this year. Boasting a line-up that embodies the spirit of experimentation, Berlin Atonal invites audiences to explore the multifaceted landscape of contemporary and forward-thinking audio-visuals and electronic music.

Returning to Kraftwerk Berlin from September 7th through 17th, this year’s edition features the world’s first glimpse of a new collaboration between Caterina Barbieri and Space Afrika, a monumental audio-visual show created by Aho Ssan with visualist Sevi Iko Dømochevsky and a new live project that brings together sonic visionary Shackleton, avant-folk virtuoso Waclaw Zimpel and one of South India’s greatest emerging vocal talents Siddhartha Belmannu. Additionally, CORIN will present the live a/v of her new album Lux Aeterna, alongside the premiere of a monumental new site-specific show from mercurial rapper Blackhaine, and much more.

Atonal is the flagship project of Berlin-based production and booking agency OUTER. Over the past 10 years, the event has welcomed more than 120,000 visitors and hosted over 500 new artistic projects from some of the world’s most forward-thinking artists.

Stay tuned for more announcements from Berlin Atonal, day tickets and the second round of the programme will be released in July.
